Important Delivery Information:
All orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri will be processed and dispatched the same day, using the delivery service you have selected. Orders received after 3pm Mon – Fri will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Mondays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

International Delivery
We currently deliver worldwide, to over 35 countries as shown below. The delivery cost for each country is currently £20.00. We will continue to increase the number of destinations that we ship to so if we do not deliver to you at the moment, please keep checking back or send an enquiry to me@amanda-mansell.com

International Delivery Timings
For all deliveries to European destinations please allow a minimum of 3 – 5 days
For all deliveries to other worldwide destinations please allow a minimum of 5 – 7 days
Please note: International Delivery Timings are for guidance only. We regret we’re unable to guarantee timings, and International Deliveries are subject to delays beyond our control once they have been dispatched from the UK. Exact delivery timings will be affected by local customs and postal services.
Delivery Method
Delivery is by International Signed For and so a sinature is required on delivery. Unfortunately tracking is only available up to the point the parcel leaves the UK. It is insured up to the value of £500.00
Import Duties
Please note that if a delivery is made outside of the EU, you may incur Import Duties. These additional charges will need to be paid by you when your package arrives at its destination country. We are unable to confirm what you will be charged and suggest you consult your local customs policy prior to placing your order. Should you not want to accept this Duty, we will happily accept a return and refund the cost of your order; however, we will not refund the cost of the international shipping charges.
