Amanda offers her studio to recent graduates looking for a access to a work bench, equipment and experience within the jewellery industry.  They work one day a week for Amanda in return for a bench space.  It's a two way arrangement where they help Amanda move to the next level in her business and Amanda helps them take their first steps into the world of jewellery!
